Henry is a five-year-old boy who needs to go to the hospital for an operation. During the surgery (under anesthesia), Henry enters an imaginary world where he meets Seymour, a lovable long-necked green dinosaur. They embark on a series of adventures where Seymour helps Henry learn how to be brave.
An Adventure with Seymour the Dinosaur At the Hospital was inspired by the author’s own personal experience of undergoing surgeries as a child. The purpose of this book is to provide understanding and comfort for both parents and their children as they navigate this experience.
